Chief Minister Siddaramaiah who is leading by 2257 votes in Badami constituency, is set to win by a narrow margin.
The CM who was leading by a mere 250-odd votes during the counting of postal ballots, managed to retain his leadership from the very beginnings. A total of 1800 postal ballots were cast.
His rival Sriramulu gave him tough competition during each round, but Siddaramaiah managed to stay ahead and is looking to win the Badami seat.
