Bengaluru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Medical Education Minister Sharan Prakash Patil held a meeting on Thursday to discuss the appointment of a new director for the Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research.
Sources said 11 candidates attended the interview. The chief minister is expected to announce the appointment by September 10.
