Delivering the valedictory address, MP D V Sadananda Gowda said one needs to be aware of the present to face the challenges of the future.

The solutions for the problems of the sophisticated world lie in the culture and tradition of the land. Only environment protection can protect the world from the peril. Youth should be enthusiastic and hopeful about the future, he said.

Participants Akkamahadevi and Prakash Nandi shared their experiences of the Yuvajana Mela. MLA S Angara presided. Zilla Panchayat President Santhosh Kumar Bhandary, KFDC President S N Manmatha, members Chandrashekhar Kamath, Sathish Naik, Taluk Panchayat Vice President Shankar Peraje, Town Panchayat Vice President Sundari Narayan, Savanoor Seetharam Rai, AC Harish Kumar, Town Panchayat President N J Ramachandra and Taluk Panchayat President Pushpavathi Balila were present.

Compared to Sunday, the competitions of Monday were of good quality. The participants showcased their talent with a lot of enthusiasm and grit. Though the arrangements were disturbed  little due to untimely rains on Sunday evening, the organisers were quick enough to set them right on Monday.

Meals were served for about 30,000 people in three days. Exhibition with 86 different stalls was the centre of attraction.

The stage designed by artist and theatre personality Jeevanram Sullia reflected the grand Tulunadu culture.
