Speaking with reporters, he said, in view of perceived security threat to IT and BT establishments in Bangalore and other major cities of State, the government has felt necessary of having such trained police force unit. The police department is studying the commando force set up in Hyderabad and other cities also. And on his recent visit to Hyderabad, he was briefed about the unit. The government will take a decision to this effect, he said.
