The protesters alleged that mass copying is common during the exams  at the most of the Nursing Colleges in the State. This has grown into a well established mafia the complained and alleged that college Administrative Board is also involved in this irregularities, they alleged.

They demanded that Deputy Commissioners should be ordered to take action against the irregularities. A special team should be formed to conduct probe in this regard, they demanded.

A team comprising experts should be formed to  review the situation at the Nursing colleges., the agitators demanded.
It should look into the basic amenities in these colleges and action should be taken against the colleges that do not provide basic amenities, the protesters demanded.
A memorandum was submitted in to take action in this respect to the Deputy Commissioner C Somashekhar.

ABVP City Secretary Pruthviraj, leaders Srinivas, Mallikarjun, Parthasarathy, Lohith, Anil and others led the protest.
