Muniraju had been to Gonikoppal along with friends for a marriage. It is said that he had consumed alcohol heavily. The friends accompanying Muniraju reportedly left an inebriated Muniraju at the Kalyana Mantapa itself. Muniraju has collapsed and died. There was blood oozing from nose and ear and it is suspected that Muniraju had sustained grievous head injuries when he collapsed. The body was handed over to relatives on Sunday night. A case has been registered.
