The Samaja Parivarthana Samudaya, led by S R Hiremath, had filed a complaint against Kumaraswamy and his relative, former MLA D C Thammanna, accusing them of encroaching 14 acres of government land at Ketaganahalli near Bidadi in Ramanagara district.
