Nearly 200 villagers had decided to boycott the elections due to problems persisting in their villages. Though the villagers led a march for two days amidst heavy rain, none of the elected representatives responded to the villagers’ plea. Now the villagers have decided to choose a candidate who will work for the development of the village, informed Kalasappa.
