'Voters should put an end to BJP's rule'

The poor governance of the BJP and the Congress during the last few years, will turn out to be a blessing in disguise to the JD(S). The leaders of both the parties were sent to prison for involving in corruption. The voters of the State who are upset with these developments, will vote for the JD(S) and help it win, said former minister Jameer Ahmed.

He was addressing the participants at a meeting of minority community members at the house of party leader C N Akmal on Friday. Speaking about the contribution of the party, he said when JD(S) president H D Kumaraswamy was the chief minister he had implemented several pro-people projects. Considering his contribution to the state and in particular to the minority communities, the members of minority community should support the JD(S), he said.

Former MLA S L Dharmegowda said that JD(S) leaders have sworn before Sirigere seer of not wooing the voters by offering money and liquor. The voters should put an end to the BJP’s corruption. District-in-Charge Minister C T Ravi has misguided the youth and has made money in the name of development.
