He inspected the dumping yard and the on-construction water tank on Saturday. “Anti-microbes are being sprayed in the premises of the dumping yard as a preventive steps against the spreading of diseases. The 25-acre area is being fenced under the 12th finance plan. The culvert construction is in progress,” he informed.
There are plans to construct security room, modern weighing machine and watch tower.
A proposal has been submitted to the Director of Municipal Administration on preparing organic compost out of the waste, he added.
