A woman thrashed a bank manager on the streets of Davanagere in Karnataka for allegedly seeking sexual favours from her to approve a loan.
The video of the incident, which occurred on Monday, has since gone viral. According to ANI, the woman thrashed the manager who sought favours in return for approving a 15 lakh loan.
The woman drags the manager by his collar, tells him, "Let's go to the station (police)," thrashes him with a stick, slaps and kicks him. She also hits him with her slippers. The woman tells a man who is recording the incident: "Go ahead ...record the video..nothing wrong."
The incident has come to light at a time when the #MeToo movement has hit the country with some very big names across industries being accused of sexual assault and harassment.
