Channapatna MLA C P Yogeeshwar took part in the Parivarthana Yatra that was launched by the BJP in Bengaluru on Thursday. Yogeeshwar is set to join the BJP soon.
He left for the state capital along with 10,000 party workers on 5,000 bikes.
Yogeeshwar said he was joining the BJP so that his constituency can be developed. He promised to remain in the party till the end.
He said he would organise the party in the old Mysore region. Yogeeshwar attacked Power Minister D K Shivakumar, saying he harms those who help him.
