Bengaluru: Former National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) Karnataka head Manjunatha H S was declared elected as the new president of the Karnataka Youth Congress on Friday.
Manjunatha won the election with 5.67 lakh votes. A total of 10.81 lakh votes were cast.
Manjunatha will replace Mohammed Haris Nalapad as the Karnataka Youth Congress Committee president. Manjunatha is seen as Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar loyalist.
