A Kerala court on Sunday issued a non-bailable warrant against Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna, the co-founders of Patanjali Ayurveda, following their non-appearance in a criminal case, according to a report by Live Law.
The case was filed by the Kerala Drugs Inspector against Divya Pharmacy over alleged misleading medical advertisements. The warrant has been issued seeking their presence on February 15. Earlier, the court (Palakkad District Court) had issued bailable warrants to the accused for their appearance on February 1.
