According to India Against Corruption (IAC), the civil society leaders briefed Advani on the proceedings of the Joint Drafting Committee. The meeting was brief, said a spokesperson for the IAC.
Since Sushma Swaraj (Leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha) and Arun Jaitley (Leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha) were out of station, it was decided that a formal presentation to the BJP leaders would be made by the India Against Corruption after they were back, the spokesperson said .
