Kolkata gears up for muted Durga Puja celebrations amid Covid-19The city of joy is gearing up for a quiet Durga Puja for the second year in a row owing to Covid-19. Rules such as social distancing will be enforced in pandals and major state festivities have been cancelled by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to keep the virus in check.
