The police have been able to access the video in which the boy has warned "many more children will die" due to such harassment.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, January 22, when the victim jumped on train tracks near the Kolaras railway station which lies 280 km away from Bhopal. Although the loco driver applied emergency brakes, it was too late to save the victim.

He was later rushed to a hospital in Gwalior 170 km away, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police came across the video while probing the incident. As per the report, the boy claims in the video that one of his teachers has been encouraging the consumption of alcohol among his fellow students besides forcing them to take private tuition from him. He had forced the victim to drink beer at least on one occasion, the video has revealed.

The teacher also allegedly threatened to give them low grades if they did not take lessons from him.

The case is being investigated by the GRP and the Kolaras police.

Authorities had attempted to record the victim's statement in the hospital, but he was reportedly in no condition to speak.
