Mumbai: A systematic 'fake narrative' was created to establish the theory of 'Hindu terrorism,' and Hindutva activists were deliberately implicated in the murders of rationalists leaders, the Sanatan Sanstha said hours after six accused in the murder of activist Govind Pansare was granted bail.
“The Pansare family and other so-called secularists tried their best to ensure that these Hindutva activists did not get bail. They continuously made misleading statements in the media to pressure the judiciary and police,” said Abhay Vartak, spokesperson of the Sanatan Sanstha.
“The case was deliberately being delayed. Considering the pressure tactics used by the Pansare family and rationalists in Kolhapur, if this trial continues there, obstacles will be created in the path of justice. Therefore, on behalf of all Hindutva organizations, we request the judiciary to transfer the Pansare murder case to a neutral location outside Kolhapur,” he added.
“'While the terrorist Ajmal Kasab, who came from Pakistan, was provided with legal aid in the terror case, so called rationalists were attempting to ensure that these poor Hindu youths were denied legal aid, leaving them to languish in prison,” he said.
