Mumbai: Manipal Hospitals, headquartered in Bengaluru, has signed an MoU with the Government of Maharashtra to build a state-of-the-art 350-bed multi-speciality Hospital at Nagpur.
The proposed hospital will entail an investment of nearly Rs 700 crore and is expected to create about 3,000 new jobs.
The hospital will start in 2029, making it a significant landmark for health care development, providing high-quality medical services to the people of Nagpur and its nearby areas.
The MoU was signed in Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra has promised to facilitate all permits, approvals and fiscal incentives necessary to complete this project in a time-bound manner. This important partnership reflects on the common aim to improve healthcare infrastructure and access in the area.

Additionally, the new hospital in Nagpur will offer an extensive range of specialized departments such as cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, oncology services.
Manipal’s integrated network today has a pan-India footprint of 38 hospitals across 19 cities.
