Interviews for key organizational positions will be conducted from January 28 to 3 on a Lok Sabha constituency basis.

The process will be overseen by members of the Shiv Sena Core Committee, with final approval of the appointments by party chief and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

Shiv Sena Secretary Kiran Pawaskar announced that these interviews are being held under the direct guidance of Shinde.

The selection process is aimed at identifying dedicated and capable leaders for pivotal roles, such as Department Heads, Women’s Department Organizers, Assembly Heads (Men and Women), Assembly Coordinators, Sub-Division Heads, Branch Heads, Yuva Sena representatives, and other critical positions.

Highlighting the importance of strengthening the party’s grassroots framework, Pawaskar referred to Eknath Shinde’s speech during the victory celebrations at Bandra Kurla Complex, where he urged party workers to intensify preparations for the municipal elections.

This directive was followed by the passing of a resolution to reorganize the Mumbai executive during the Mumbai Municipal Corporation election review meeting at Rangsharda Auditorium.

“The foundation of Shiv Sena lies in its dedicated grassroots workers. Every Shiv Sainik aspires to shoulder greater responsibilities within the party,” Pawaskar stated.

“These interviews will assess each candidate’s ability to lead effectively and contribute to the party’s vision. By ensuring a merit-based and transparent selection process, we aim to appoint leaders who can strengthen the party’s organizational structure and achieve collective goals.”

The reorganization is expected to bolster Shiv Sena’s cadre, enhancing its preparedness for the crucial municipal elections.
