Malayalam film actress Bhavani dies
She died at her home here in Pathanamthitta district and her only son Rajiv was at her side. She stopped acting after she fell ill six years ago. In a career spanning more than five decades, she had acted in more than 500 films. In 1969, she got the state award for the second best actress for her performance in ‘Kallichellama’. She was last seen in ‘Oru CBI Diary Kurippu’. Her last rites will be held here on Monday with state honours.
