Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad arrested a man with IS links, in Chennai on Tuesday.
Police sources said the accused, identified as Haroon Rasheed, was running a shop at Burma Bazar area in north Chennai. Rasheed was raising funds, besides recruiting youths for the IS.
The police team, while investigating Mohammad Iqbal, a Chennai resident arrested in February for raising funds for the IS, found Rasheed was one of the links being used to send money to the outfit.
