Manipur: Kuki group announces bounty for killing of Deputy CM Nemcha Kipgen

An armed Kuki group, Village Volunteers, has announced a bounty of Rs 20 lakh for the killing of Kuki MLA, Nemcha Kipgen. The bounty was announced after she took oath as Deputy CM in the new Manipur Government. Yumnam Khemchand Singh took oath as the new CM of Manipur.
