Investigators told the court that Kobad Ghandy, a Politbureau member of the banned CPI(Maoist), trying to set up a base for naxal activities in the national capital.

The police claimed to have recovered materials, including CDs and a laptop, from Ghandy, who allegedly carried nine fake names like Dilip Patel, Narsi, Arvind, Rajan, Katif Ansari and others, which substantiate their charges that he was actively working for the naxals.
