Meerut city of Uttar Pradesh has 246 active cases of dengue, informed Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr Akhilesh Mohan on November 13. “10 new dengue cases were reported in Meerut yesterday. The active cases of dengue are 246 including 67 patients already admitted to hospital. 1272 patients have recovered so far: House to house survey is being conducted. Presence of mosquito larvae were found in rural areas,” said Akhilesh Mohan.
