The family members of the victim lodged an FIR against a doctor of the centre on January 12, charging that he had been sexually exploiting the girl.

The accused was taken into custody by the police from his residence in Dhamdha, and conducted a medical test.

The NGO has three centres in the state and gets around Rs 74 lakh in aid from the government.
