A candlelight vigil was held at Chandigarh’s sector 17 in order to seek justice for three people killed by a speeding Mercedes car on March 20. The accident took place at Mohali’s Radha Swami Chowk. The family members of victims Ankush Narula, DharampreetSingh and Ram Prasad seek speedy justice and assistance from the administration.
