Negative RT-PCR or fully vaccinated certificate mandatory for attending functions on Dec 31 in Goa

Amid the scare of Covid-19 variant Omicron, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on December 29 said that the state government will make double vaccination certificate or a Covid-19 negative certificate compulsory for attending functions on December 31 in Goa. “Covid-19 negative certificate or double vaccination certificate will be made mandatory for attending functions on December 31 in the state, orders to be issued soon,” said Goa CM Pramod Sawant.
