ED team raids Cong leader's premises
A team of officials of Enforcement Directorate raided the houses, farm house and offices of Congress leader and DCC bank President RM Manjunarh Gowda simaltaneoulay on Thursday. The team raided his residence at Bettammaki area in Thirthahalli town, farm house near Hanagerekatte, his another house at Sharavathinagar in Shivamogga and the office. He was speaking away from DCC bank activities for some years. But he was elected as president of DCC bank recently. It may be mentioned here that he was the accused in fake gold scam of DCC bank. The officials of Enforcement Directorate had obtained a report from the bank on the scam recently. Gowda was in Bengaluru when his premises were raided.
