One year in Govt: PM Modi addresses rally at Mathura

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has begun to address a public rally in Mathura on completing one year in the government.
Mathura is the birth place of Jan Sangh's ideologue Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
This is the first of the 200 public rallies to be organised by BJP during the week-long celebrations from May 26 to 31.
Details of his speech are awaited.
