"The whole nation was shocked and confused that the PM chose to avoid replying to the Motion of Thanks to the Hon’ble President’s address in the Lok Sabha yesterday. I have written to the Hon’ble Lok Sabha Speaker regarding the violation of procedure and practices of the House today," Venugopal said in his letter.
