Parliament Highlights | Lok Sabha adjourned for the day following uproar over TMC member's remarks against ScindiaLok Sabha and Rajya Sabha proceedings have ended for the day. RS proceeding was adjourned after the ruckus over Manipur, Adani and Soros. The Opposition had submitted a notice to remove VP Jagdeep Dhankhar as the Rajya Sabha chair on Tuesday, citing that the latter has been 'repeatedly acting' in a manner that 'reduces' his position to that of a 'mere spokesman' of the government. The Winter Session of the Parliament has not seen much official business happening due to numerous adjournments amid protests by the Opposition over a range of issues like Adani's US indictment, Manipur, and now BJP's allegations of Rahul and Sonia Gandhi working with George Soros to bring shame to the country. That's it for the day, thank you for staying with us.
