Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the newly elected Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar on August 12 in Delhi.
Jagdeep Dhankhar took oath as the 14th Vice President of India on August 11. Dhankhar was elected as the vice president after defeating the Opposition's Margaret Alva on August 6.
