The Supreme Court is likely to hear on May 5 a plea seeking direction to initiate a suo motu contempt case against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey for allegedly making derogatory and scandalising remarks against the apex court and the Chief Justice of India, reported news agency ANI on Saturday.
