New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not be able to travel to Gangtok on Thursday to attend the 50th anniversary celebrations of Sikkim’s statehood due to poor weather conditions, officials said.
He is addressing the people of Sikkim via video conference from Bagdogra, they added.
