Prasanna Sankaranarayanan, the co-founder of Rippling moved the Madras High Court on Thursday alleging harassment from the police at wife's behest.
As per a report by Bar and Bench, Prasanna alleged that his estranged wife Dhivya Sashidhar has filed false cases against him to 'abduct their son' and take him abroad after they had matrimonial disputes.
He said that Tamil Nadu Police is harassing him and trying to take their son away from him, and file a false kidnapping case by his wife.
Justic G K Ilanthiraiyan has told the police not to harass Prasanna, as reported by the publication.
