The teacher was angry as the girl had not coloured a word after writing the same in the fill in the blanks column.
According to Akankhsa’s parents, teacher Roopa Sood was so angry at the girl that she thrashed her badly and thereafter banged her head against the blackboard on Tuesday.
“Akankhsa suffered serious injuries on her head and face,” the parents claimed. The school management, however, said the teacher has been cautioned.
