A few days ago, the Nampally court had granted regular bail to Allu Arjun, subject to certain conditions. Later he filed a petition seeking certain exemptions for security reasons.

The court also granted permission for Allu Arjun to travel abroad.

He was booked by police for the December 4 Sandhya theatre stampede incident in which a woman had died and her 9-year-old son was injured. The kid is undergoing treatment at a corporate hospital.

He was arrested by the Chikkadpally police on December 13 in connection with the case. Allu Arjun, who is accused no 11 in the case, challenged his arrest and moved a quash petition in the state High Court, which granted him interim bail for four weeks on the same day.

As the interim bail period was going to end shortly, he moved another petition in the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Nampally, seeking regular bail. A few days ago, Arjun attended the hearing virtually.

The judge granted him regular bail on January 3 with some conditions like appearing before the Chikkadapally police every Sunday and not leaving the country. The actor has now been exempted of these conditions.
