Thousands of colourful tulips bloomed at Highland Park Kud in Udhampur, Kashmir. At least 12,000 tulips welcomed visitors at the park. The Jammu and Kashmir Department of Floriculture opened the park to visitors on March 5. With an aim to boost tourism in the region, the administration planted tulips.
