The arrested were identified as S Ravi of ILC Industries, Venugopal of Swastik Steel Company and Javed Sheikh of Lakshmi Venkateshwar Minerals. They were produced before a local court in Ankola, CID sources said.
The sleuths had arrested Satish S, Mallikarjun, David, Adani of Adani Enterprises, Ramachandra Nayak of Salgoankar company and Mangaldas Kamath of PJS Overseas Limited a few days ago in connection with the case. However, they moved the high court and obtained bails, the sources added.
