Andhra Pradesh government on Friday appointed 18 members to the Trust Board for the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam (TTD) with Putta Sudhakar Yadav of Kadapa district as the chairman, despite opposition from the right-wing groups.
The allegations included Yadav’s association with an evangelical group, which he has denied time and again. He is the first from Yadav community to chair the TTD board.
Other members include: GSS Shivaji, Bonda Umamaheswara Rao ,Vangalapudi Anitha , BK Parthasarathi , Rayapati Sambasiva Rao , Challa Ramachandra Reddy, Potluri Ramesh Babu, E. Peddi Reddy (Telangana), Sandra Venkata Veeraiah (Telangana), Mrs. Sudha Narayana Murty (Karnataka), Mrs. Sapna Munnagantiwar (Maharashtra), Rudraraju Padmaraju, Meda Ramakrishna Reddy , Dokka Jagannadham, Anil Kumar Singhal (TTD EO), Special Chief Secretary Endowments and Commissioner Endowments.
