Lucknow: The 'Constitution' of the 'Akhand Hindu Rashtra' is 'ready' and will be presented to the people on the occasion of ‘Basant Panchami’ on February 3 at the ongoing Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj.
The ‘constitution’ provides for a ‘unicameral’ legislature while making military service compulsory for every citizen. The agricultural income has been completely exempted from tax in the ‘constitution’.
Only the followers of the Sanatan Dharma would have the right to contest the elections under the ‘constitution’ of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ and only the followers of the religions of the Indian subcontinent--Jainism, Sikhism, Buddhism--would be allowed vote in the polls.
The members of the ‘Dharm Sansad’ (Parliament) would be entitled only to constituency allowance, simple security and a vehicle. ‘’The candidates for the Dharm Sansad will have to be a student of Vedic Gurukula (school),’’ one of the seers, associated with the Committee which prepared the ‘Constitution’, said.
The ‘Constitution’ of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ also has the provision of the ‘Right to Recall’ and the Dharm Sansad will conduct a plebiscite in the Constituency if a proposal signed by a minimum of 50 thousand people from the Constituency is sent to it to recall their representative.
The ‘Constitution’ provides for implementation of the ‘Hindu’ judicial system. ‘’Every one will be guaranteed quick justice.....the punishment will be aimed at reforming the person.....those levelling false allegations will be punished,’’ the seer said.
The ancient Vedic Gurukula system of education will be followed in the country and all the English medium schools will be converted into Gurukulas. ‘’All the madrasas (Islamic schools) being run with the help of state financial support will be closed,’’ he added.
The ‘Constitution’ provides for monogamy and the caste system will be abolished. The joint family system will be encouraged.
Shambhavi Peethadheeshwar Anand Swaroop said that the seers would appeal to other nations of the world to help make a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. ‘’There are countries of Christians, Muslims and jews but there is no country of Hindus,’’ he said.
He made it clear that the ‘Constitution’ is not against any other religion and that people from all faiths would be able to live freely in the country.
Reports said that the ‘Constitution’ of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ has been prepared by experts drawn from across the country. The 501-page ‘Constitution’ will be sent to the Centre after it receives a nod from the Shankaracharyas of the four peethas.
The ‘Constitution’ is based on the principles adopted from the ‘Ram Rajya, Manu Smriti and Chanakya’s Arthashastra’.
