West Bengal Governor C V Ananda Bose

The Supreme Court on Monday issued a notice to the office of West Bengal governor C V Ananda Bose, to a PIL challenging his alleged inaction in assenting to Bills and sending them for reconsideration, Bar and Bench reported.
A bench of CJI D Y Chandrachud and Justice J B Pardiwala issued the notice, returnable in 4 weeks.
