Former Supreme Court Justice Markandey Katju's post seeking a "good husband" for West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has been facing criticism on social media.
His post that read: “Why don’t Bengali people find a good husband for Mamata Banerjee?" was shared by Kunal Ghosh.
"If this is really what this person said and if he doesn't apologize and delete it, then no matter what position he holds, if I get news that he has set foot in Bengal, I will go ahead and slap him," Ghosh wrote on X.
