Since we have started Jal Jeevan Mission, we have already provided 3.6 crore households with potable drinking connections. The number in Bengal, from 2 lakh houses, has only increased to 9 lakh houses: PM Modi.

Centre gave TMC more than Rs 1700 crore for Jal Jeevan Mission, but TMC used only Rs 600 crore. It shows the current state government does not care about the people of Bengal says PM Modi.

Jal Jeevan Mission has not been implemented properly in Bengal. And at the pace in which this TMC government is working, people will never get water, which is a basic necessity: PM Modi.

BJP will work for a Sonar Bangla that will strengthen the history and culture of Bengal. We will build a Bengal where religion and ability will be respected: PM Modi.
