Police sources here said an unnamed youth from Meerut had been arrested and questioned by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS). They refused to give further details.
Three youths in Lalganj area in Pratapgarh district have been detained after they bought a sim card furnishing false identifications and made a call to Delhi from that number on the day of the blast, sources said.
“The youths had talked to some one in Delhi around the time, when the blast had occurred”, they said.
Two persons resembling the sketch released aftermath the attack outside Delhi High Court were also detained in Balrampur and Varanasi towns, but were released after questioning.
