Releasing a referendum conducted by his associates in Human Resources Development Minister Kapil Sibal’s Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency here, Anna on Monday said,  “I consider the prime minister honest and incorruptible.”

Hazare wondered whether an honest person like the prime minister must lie.
“I have made it clear in my letter to the prime minister that I have never opposed Parliament. All I want is for Parliament to consider the Jan Lokpal Bill.”

Anna called upon opposition parties to fight against the government’s version of the Lokpal bill in Parliament. “We will fight against it outside on the streets,” he said.

The anti-graft activist also expressed his readiness to change the venue of his fast from Jantar Mantar. However, he would launch a fast against the Bill and face the consequences.
About 85 per cent voters in Sibal’s constituency voted in favour of a Jan Lokpal Bill, said Anna and his associates, including Kiran Bedi, at a press conference and questioned Sibal’s moral authority to represent the constituency.
