What you need:
l Two cups of dry fruits – raisin, cashew nut, almond, pistachio, walnut
l Five dates
l Two tablespoons of milk
Preparation:
Grind the dry fruits and dates into a fine powder. Put the powder on a plate and mix it well. Add a little milk to bind the powder if required. Make small chocolate-sized balls and refrigerate the laddus in an airtight box.
This will satisfy your sweet tooth whenever you want.
Pro tip: Add more of the dry fruits that you like to make it more delicious. Add some threads of saffron if you want.
