Looks like the finance minister is thinking of increasing the GST on luxury bikes (engine capacity above 350 cc) from 28% to 40%. Rest assured admirers of the dispensation will hail it as a masterstroke. Why shouldn’t madam act tough on owners of fancy bikes? Yeah.
