A stable government is the need of the hour. Voters, many of whom are illiterate deserve to be congratulated for the fine verdict they have delivered.
Stability of the Government is more important than its colour. BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate, L.K.Advani has been most graceful in defeat. It is very important for BJP to play the role of a responsible opposition. They should ensure that they do not oppose the Government for the sake of opposing. Confrontational approach leading to crude forms of disturbing proceedings in the Parliament should become a thing of the past.
They should engage the Government in purposeful debates within the Parliament. Only by doing so and also by providing good administration in BJP ruled States, they can come back to power at the centre.
